Studio Policies
-
- All appointments made online are a 'request', and will need my approval before being finalized. I may shift you by 15 minutes to maximize my schedule for everyone.
- Please check your email to see if I made any changes to your appointment time.
- You will need to use a credit card to secure your booking to ensure you intend to follow the cancellation policy.
- An agreement to the cancellation policy will be sent via text and email, please sign this every time you book, and check for any changes to the policies.
- Text and email confirmations are a courtesy, and are not considered to be a substitute for personal due diligence with keeping appointments.
- I accept exact change or card for payments.
Lastly, I deal with Allergic Asthma. While I cannot predict all triggers, I greatly appreciate when clients avoid wearing perfume, scented fabric softener, and highly scented hair products to their appointments. These changes can help reduce my symptoms and chance of allergic reaction.
-
Please see the contract for full details.
- I require 48+ hours to cancel, reschedule, or drop services. This helps prevent loss of income by giving me a chance to re-book your original reserved time. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be invoiced for an “inconvenience fee” up to 50% of the value of all service(s) booked. This invoice will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
- No Notice/No Shows will be invoiced for an “inconvenience fee” equal to 100% of the service(s) booked. This invoice will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
- If I need to cancel your appointment I will reach out via text with follow up via email. Within all means available to me you will be offered a new time within a week of your existing appointment.
-
Clients arriving late will have their service abbreviated without discount to ensure my day runs smoothly for others. In the event that I am running late I will reach out via text, and complete your service in full.
-
- Masks are optional, and not provided by the studio.
- Do not attend your appointment if you are exhibiting any signs of non allergy illness, regardless of negative covid or flu testing, and follow cancellation policy protocol.
- If you need to use a fever reducer, you are too ill to attend your appointment.
- If you are recently recovering from covid, the common cold, any flu, strep, RSV, or other communicable illness, please do not come to the studio unless you have been free of fever for 48 hours without the use of a fever reducer, and have symptoms that are improving. Bringing a high quality KN95 mask for yourself is appreciated to reduce my risk of illness.
-
- No guests, please! The studio is small and is a shared environment. If you have an accommodation that requires another person to be with you, please let me know in advance.
- Children are fantastic, however they cannot be left unattended while their caregiver is receiving a service unless they are a carseat bound infant. This is for the safety of everyone in the studio.
- Animals are not permitted in the studio unless they are a registered service animal per MN R. 2105.0375 - INFECTION CONTROL REQUIREMENTS subpart 7 H.
"Animals are not allowed in salons. This prohibition does not apply to service animals as defined by the Minnesota Human Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and related regulations, as amended."
-
-My goal is to make you happy with your hair! If you have any questions, challenges, or concerns after your visit please reach out to me via email within 7 days so that I can assist you in a solution.
- All purchases are final, and no store credit or refunds will be given on any services or retail. Instead, I will make adjustments to a service if necessary, or help you troubleshoot the product you selected.
