A minimum of 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules. If you give less than 48 hours' notice you will be charged 50% of the service you were booked for.

If you are running late to your appointment, please understand that your service will be shortened or rescheduled. You are still responsible for paying 100% of the originally booked service.
